Have you ever dreamed of Ireland?

Have you ever dreamed of Ireland?

How would it feel to wake with a handful of like minded people in a big house in the mystic Burren region of County Clare. The mist rests on the green hills and the birds call to alert you to another magnificent day unfolding. In noble silence everyone gathers for a meditation that invites us to be present with ourselves and life’s journey that took us there. Smoothies and elixirs start our day and invigorate our bodies. grateful and supportive followed by breakfast.

The lure of the day might be to hike the Cliffs of Moher, do yoga at the Burren Wellness Centre, carve a wax ring at the Burren College of Art or explore sacred sites with Human Ecologist Jackie Quelley who will make the land come to life beneath your feet with historical and mystical stories.

Rumi says "Let the beauty of what we love be what we do." I'm counting my blessings, both having carved a life by creating contemplative jewellery and now also enjoying the opportunity to create experience for people though retreats.

It took a long time for my body and mind to readjust from east to west, as it always does. Between the 10 hour time difference and the culture extremes, the practice of coupling patience and tenacity definitely came in handy.
